MARCUS HARNEESS

The attacker started for Derby County as they won 1-0 at relegation rivals Hull City in the Championship

Harness played 80 minutes for John Eustace's side, who netted an 84th minute winner to move out of the relegation spots, but remain alongside Hull as one of six sides that could be relegated this weekend. 

The Rams are one point above the drop and host relegation rivals Stoke City on the final day this weekend.  

ALI AL-HAMADI AND HARRY CLARKE

Al-Hamadi featured for Stoke City as they lost 2-0 at home to Sheffield United, which leaves them still in danger of being relegated from the Championship.

Clarke wasn't involved for Chris Wilder's side, whose automatic promotion hopes were ended last week, but they will look to finish strong going into the play-offs. 

The Potters are two points above the drop going into the final day, with them traveling to Derby. The Blades face host Blackburn this weekend. 

CAMERON HUMPHREYS

The midfielder started for Wycombe Wanderers as they lost 1-0 at Leyton Orient in League One. 

Humphreys played 86 minutes for Mike Dodds' side, who have missed out on automatic promotion and dropped down to fourth in the table. 

The Chairboys host promotion rivals Stockport County, who are sitting in third, to finish the regular season this weekend. 

ELKAN BAGGOTT

The defender started for Blackpool as they were held to a 1-1 draw away to Wigan Athletic in League One. 

Baggott played the full 90 minutes for Steve Bruce's side, who netted a 74th minute equaliser via former Town midfielder Lee Evans, from the penalty spot. 

The Tangerines currently sit ninth in the table, with two games left to play as they host Champions Birmingham City on Wednesday and Bristol Rovers on the final day. 

LEON AYINDE

The Irishman started and scored for Rochdale as they beat Hartlepool United 5-1 at home to secured a place in the National League play-offs. 

Ayinde slotted home his second league goal and got himself two assists for Jimmy McNulty's side, who make it four games unbeaten. 

The Dale have two games left to play in the fifth tier, with a trip to Solihull Moors tomorrow evening and a finale at Braintree Town. 

RYAN CARR

The young midfielder started for Ebbsfleet United as they lost 2-0 at home to Maidenhead United in the National League. 

Carr played 65 minutes for Josh Wright's side, who are rock bottom of the fifth tier and suffered their 29th defeat of the season. 

The Fleet will look to finish the season with all three points as they prepare for sixth tier football once again when they travel to Oldham Athletic.

FINLEY BARBROOK

The young midfielder didn't feature for Sutton United as they won 2-1 at Yeovil Town in the National League. 

Barbrook spell at Steve Morison's side is likely over, with him currently sidelined with a injury which looks to end his season. 

The U's have two games left to play, with the first in cup final action as they face Leeds United under-21s in the National League Cup final. They finish their league campaign at home against Woking. 

HENRY GRAY AND EMMANUEL OKUNOWO

Gray played the full 90 minutes for Braintree Town as they lost 1-0 at Halifax Town in the National League. 

Okunowo wasn't involved for Steve Pitt's side, whose survival hopes roll on to the last day, but in a strong position as they have three points above the drop and better goal difference to Wealdstone, who sit in the final relegation spot. 

The Iron host Rochdale on the final day. 

ASHLEY BOATSWAIN

The young forward started for AFC Fylde as they lost 4-3 at Tamworth in the National League. 

Boatswain came off injured in the 26th minute for David Longwell's side, who threw away a 3-1 lead and conceded a 91st minute goal to suffer their 27th defeat of the season. 

The Coasters are already relegated to the National League North and host fifth tier champions Barnet on the final day. 

HARRY BARBROOK AND NICO VALENTINE

The duo didn't feature for Chelmsford City as they ended their season in style as they won 6-1 at Weymouth in the National League South. 

Manager Robbie Simpson received the perfect send-off in his final match in charge of the Clarets, who finished 11th in the table. 

OLLY DAVIS

The young forward started for St Albans City as lost 5-2 at home to National League South champions Truro City. 

Davis played the full 90 minutes for Ian Culverhouse's side, who finished the campaign in the final relegation place and will drop to the seventh tier of English football next season.

JESSE AYOOLA AND JOSH LEWIS 

Ayoola featured for Lowestoft Town as they lost 3-2 at Alvechurch in the Southern League Premier Central.

Lewis wasn't involved for Andy Reynolds' side, who return to the Isthmian League North Division after just one season after being relegated earlier this month. 

The Trawler Boys finished third from bottom after suffering 25 defeats out of their 42 league games this season. 

AYYUBA JAMBANG

The young full-back featured for Chatham Town as they drew 2-2 away to Dulwich Hamlet in the Isthmian League Premier Division.

Jambang came on as a late sub for Kevin Hake's side, who opened the scoring via former Town forward Freddie Sears, but conceded a 95th minute goal to drop two points. 

The Chats finish their season going four games without a win and sit ninth in the table. 

WALKER SHABAZZ-EDWARDS

The young defender featured for Brightlingsea Regent as they were held to a 1-1 draw at home by Haringey Borough in the Isthmian League North Division.

Shabazz-Edwards came on as a 70th sub for Ryan Salter's side, who conceded a 95th minute goal to miss out on all three points. 

The R's finished in the final play-off spot, with them travelling to Felixstowe & Walton United in the semi-final tomorrow evening.

EX-BLUES

Jeremy Sarmiento notched a brace for Burnley as they won 5-0 at QPR to ensure the Championship title race will go down to the final day of the season.

Jonny Williams was sent off for Gillingham after two bookable offences as they dew 1-1 with Swindon Town in League Two. 

Macauley Bonne was among the scorers for Southend United as they beat Wealdstone 3-0 at home to move into the National League play-off places. 

Conor Sammon scored for Alloa Athletic as the beat Montrose 2-1 at home in the Scottish League. 

Darren McQueen netted for Hornchurch as they won 4-0 at Chippenham Town in the National League South.
