Millwall continue their search for a new manager to replace Neil Harris. Here is an updated five potential for the Lions-
Gareth Ainsworth- The current Wycombe Wanderers boss has emerged as the bookies front runner for the position. He has managed the Chairboys since 2012 and has worked wonders with them. Could he make the step up to the Championship now?
Gary Rowett- He has been available since he was sacked by Stoke City in January and is an option for Millwall. He knows the Championship well from previous spells at Birmingham City, Derby County and the Potters and is likely to be interested in the Lions’ job.
Adam Barrett- He is currently in caretaker charge of the Lions until a successor for Harris is sounded out. The 39-year-old won his first game at the helm against Leeds United before the international break. If his side beat Brentford this weekend he could have a case for the full-time job.
Kevin Muscat- The Australian has been linked with a return to Millwall, where he spent two years as a player. He left Melbourne Victory in May after six years as manager there and won the A-League Championship twice.
Nigel Adkins- He is available after leaving Hull City over the summer. The 54-year-old is vastly experienced having also managed the likes of Scunthorpe United, Southampton, Reading and Sheffield United in the past and may be looked at by Millwall.
